Scryvet uses advanced machine learning algorithms to extract, summarize, and organize entire patient medical records in moments. Work more efficiently and accurately by having patient information ready at a moment's notice instead of buried within hundreds of pages of records.
Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic.
-Arthur C. Clarke
Scryvet is the ambitious project of two brothers. The sons of a veterinarian, both grew up working in the family veterinary hospital and saw how hard vets and their staff worked to help animals. One went on to become a veterinarian. The other went on to become a software developer and project manager.
After several late night discussions about some of the frustrating inefficiencies of working in vet hospitals, they decided to combine their powers and see if they could fix some of those problems.
After more late night talks about potential tech stacks, feature lists, and some dumb jokes about accidentally creating Skynet, Scryvet was born (and yes we looked at Skyvet, which at 2am sounded hilarious, but the domain was taken).
Scrying is a term in fantasy fiction for acquiring information about the world through the use of magic. As the Arthur C. Clarke quote at the top of this page stated, sufficiently advanced technology can be magic. At Scryvet we aim to spread a little technological magic to help vet hospitals see the past a little more clearly.
So grab your wands and crystal ball, and put on your robe and wizard hat. We've got magic to do.
